Dr Goffredina Spanò is a senior lecturer at Kingston University London. She is particularly interested in supporting neurodivergent people across the lifespan. A key focus of her work is supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions through sleep, aiming to improve sleep quality and its impact on learning and wellbeing. Through her research programme, she develops targeted interventions to enhance sleep.
