Dr Cici Sze-ching Lam is a registered educational psychologist in both the UK and Hong Kong, and she is an affiliated researcher at Kingston University. Her research mainly focuses on cross-cultural perspectives in understanding factors leading to school satisfaction and wellbeing. She has published books and articles related to teacher training in supporting neurodivergent pupils. Her recent work includes collaborating with a primary school in West London to co-create a sensory garden with neurodiverse pupils and building a ‘transition employment toolkit’ for higher education students with autism spectrum conditions.
