Voting now open for Â鶹ÒùÔº Advisory Council
Voting is now open for the new Â鶹ÒùÔº Advisory Council. Those elected will help inform our trustees to shape our priorities, represent members’ interests and influence the future direction of Â鶹ÒùÔº. Your vote helps determine who will sit on this group. They will provide expertise and knowledge of the educational research sector to feed into Â鶹ÒùÔº’s overarching activity and strategy while ensuring member voice and needs is at the core of our activities.
So please do take this opportunity to make your voice heard.
As you will see, we received a high number of applications for the places available on the new Advisory Council. These roles sit alongside existing members whose terms are continuing. There is a minimum of four roles currently available, at least one of whom should be based outside higher education. Therefore, members are invited to select up to four candidates from those who have put themselves forward. Â鶹ÒùÔº is mindful of the need to ensure diversity in the composition of Council, including from traditionally under-represented groups as well from a range of institutional and disciplinary perspectives and Council reserves to right to take this into account once the votes have been counted.
You can read the statements from each candidate by clicking here. Voting closes on Sunday 15th November at 23:59.
