Dr Mabel Encinas is an emeritus fellow in education at London Metropolitan University. Mabel’s research focus on creative strategies for teaching and learning, and social justice. She supervises doctoral students. Mabel is also a poet and a member of the collectives Las Juanas, and Poets of the River Thames.
