Dr Samireh Jorfi is a senior lecturer in biosciences in the School of Human Sciences at London Metropolitan University. Her research spans viral infections, cancer drug resistance, microplastics and human health, and type 2 diabetes in children. She teaches and supervises undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral researchers across a range of bioscience disciplines.
