Dr Pia O’Farrell is a member of CREATE – The Centre for Collaborative Research Across Teacher Education and an Assistant Professor of Education based in the School of Policy and Practice in Dublin City University. Her research focuses on the assessment of mental health in educational settings, as well as occupational wellbeing and its implications for policy and practice. She has extensive experience in the education sector and has worked as a psychologist within interdisciplinary research teams, contributing to evidence-based approaches that support individual and organisational wellbeing.
