Nadia Lowe

Research Assistant at University of Surrey

Nadia Lowe, is a research assistant for the University of Surrey’s Doctoral College, supporting the dissemination of research for a racial-equity programme that provided fully funded studentships and academic initiatives to Black postgraduate researchers. Previously graduating in Environmental Psychology MSc and a certified Project Management Professional, her research interests include human and environmental wellbeing, change management, cultural immersion and arts-based research methodology. Nadia is a fully inducted member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, holding a Certification of Leadership from the Ignatian Leadership Institute, and a Global Graduate Award in Sustainability from the University of Surrey. Before higher education, Nadia earned both her Girl Scout Gold and Silver Award with Girl Scout of Greater Atlanta, where she focused on developing sustainable solutions to global challenges.
