Jeremiah Olusola is a Research Fellow at the University of Surrey, where he currently leads the evaluation of the Surrey Black Scholars programme: a race-targeted doctoral intervention aimed as tackling issues of belonging and structural inequality in postgraduate research. He completed his PhD in education at the University of Worcester in 2024 and previously held a postdoctoral research fellowship at Cardiff Metropolitan University. Jeremiah has lectured across a range of UK institutions on multiculturalism, Islam in UK higher education and research methodology in education. He has also collaborated with the British Library on enhancing equity in postgraduate researcher development and contributed to the Â鶹ÒùÔº Guide to Decolonising the Curriculum (2024). His research interests include critical race methodologies, Islamic epistemology, identity and belonging in UK universities and British multiculturalism.
