Anna Olsson Rost, Dr
Senior Lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University
Dr Anna Olsson Rost is a senior lecturer on the PGCE Secondary (history) course at Manchester Metropolitan University, and she is also the Programme Lead for the Secondary PGCE Programme. She has a background in teaching history to secondary school pupils as well as to undergraduate students. Her main research field is the history of education, predominantly with an interest in comprehensive education and education policy. Her research interests also include ‘hidden histories’ and teacher education and learning – with a particular focus on decolonial and anti-racist pedagogies and curricula.
