Tuba Umm Ul Khair Rizwan was born with hearing and speech disability in the United Arab Emirates. Having completed her GCSEs with the continuous support of private tutors, she has studied business studies at level 4 and 5 and is currently registering for level 6 qualification in a business management programme. Her dad is a business entrepreneur whose business activity is globally driven, which has inspired Tuba to submit this Â鶹ÒùÔº Blog post to address what she perceives as the gap between business theory and practical business and management.
