Sesan Olawale currently serves as a lecturer at the University of Benin, Nigeria, and is an Inclusive Education Practitioner with Renfrewshire Council. His professional journey spans both the Nigerian and UK education systems, providing him with a unique, cross-cultural perspective on learning. Previously, Sesan served as a research fellow and consulted for a non-governmental organisation on foundational literacy and numeracy, and on EdTech projects. His research interests cover lifelong learning, gender dynamics and inclusive education.
