Dr Sarah Sholl is the programme director for Undergraduate Business Management at Edinburgh Napier Business School, where she contributes to teaching, programme development and research on learning, professional practice and organisational education. She holds Senior Fellowship of Advance HE, and her work explores workplace learning cultures, safety, dignity and stakeholder experiences within professional and educational contexts, drawing on qualitative and mixed methods approaches. Sarah’s scholarship and pedagogical interests centre on improving learner experiences, supporting reflective practice, and enhancing educational environments within complex professional settings.
