Paula Daines is a senior leader at Anglia Ruskin University, in the School of Education, with responsibility for the undergraduate portfolio of courses. As well as being an experienced lecturer and teacher, Paula worked in primary schools before moving into higher education as a teacher educator. Paula is an active researcher and interested in the experiences of females who change career and retrain as primary teachers.
