Ian Potter is an experienced system leader in education in England with a career as a school leader, school improvement adviser and executive leadership of a multi-academy trust. He has worked in developing national and regional policy, being chair of the British Educational Leadership, Management and Administration Society (BELMAS), and working with Â鶹ÒùÔº on its conference and events committee. He co-co-ordinated the International School Leadership Development Network and was a member of the Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management. He has presented to audiences worldwide and publishes on a range of topics including school leadership. He is continuing with his research and writing; is a level 7 qualified executive coach; provides consultancy; and is senior associate of the Association of Education Advisers.
