This year we will be offering zones and sessions to promote neurodiversity and wellbeing during the conference. Some of these sessions require you to book in advance.

Chair yoga sessions

Attend one of our chair yoga sessions. Pre-book these in advance.

These chair yoga sessions allows for seated movement, stretching, and improved circulation while accommodating a diverse range of participants. They will promote breathwork; relaxation and restoring balance by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing the physical response to anxiety and stress and Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR): Involves sequentially tensing and relaxing muscles to release physical tension, easing stress and anxiety.

Running club

Start your conference day with a burst of energy! Join us for a relaxed 2.7-mile run. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a refreshing way to de-stress and connect with fellow delegates, all paces are welcome.

Wellbeing Room - Quiet Room

There will be a dedicated quiet zone throughout the whole conference. This will be staffed to ensure this remains a quiet zone (no meetings can take place in this room). No food or drink will be allowed in this area.

Wellbeing Room - Relaxation Room

There will be a dedicated wellbeing room throughout the conference. There will be activities and tools to encourage wellbeing in this room. This will be staffed to ensure this remains a quiet environment.

This room will offer a calm and relaxing space with a variety of zones including puzzles, jigsaws, colouring. There will be bean bags and floor cushions as well as other soft furnishings in this room as well. 

Wellbeing Room - Games Room

Similar to the wellbeing room, this space will be more open to having some fun distracting games. Games include chess, scrabble, ludo and more.

Wellbeing Room - Dark Room

A low-lighting wellbeing room will be available as a quiet, restorative space for delegates seeking time away from the main conference environment.
