Eric Addae-Kyeremeh is Professor of Educational Leadership and Development at The Open University, UK. His research and professional work focus on educational leadership, evidence-informed practice, teacher professional development and the role of professional networks in supporting organisational learning and improvement.
He has led education reform, capacity-building and teacher development initiatives across Africa, South Asia and the UK, with particular attention to inclusion, sustainability and impact in low-resource contexts. His work connects research, policy and practice, supporting governments, universities, schools and international organisations to strengthen education systems and professional capability. As an international speaker and adviser, he brings together policymakers, researchers and practitioners to advance inclusive and sustainable education, drawing on his work in education reform and digital learning strategy across schools and universities.
