Âé¶¹ÒùÔº announces 2026 Âé¶¹ÒùÔº Doctoral Thesis winner

Âé¶¹ÒùÔº is delighted to announce that the 2026 Âé¶¹ÒùÔº Doctoral Thesis Award has been awarded to Dr Catherine Hamilton for her thesis:

“Investigating the effects of whole-class singing activities on linguistic outcomes of young foreign language learners in English primary schools.â€

Dr Hamilton completed her doctorate at the University of Oxford.Ìý

The judging panel praised the thesis for its originality, methodological rigour and practical relevance. As the recipient of the award, Dr Hamilton receives a £250 prize and complimentary registration to the Âé¶¹ÒùÔº Conference 2026.
