For more than four decades, Professor Mel Ainscow CBE has been a significant figure in global debates about equity, inclusion and educational improvement. His career has spanned classroom teaching, system change, international consultancy and academic leadership, and through his work he has shaped how educators understand the moral and practical dimensions of inclusion.
